The film industry does not work like this. We have heard of people paying over $2,000 in order to be to be the next Hannah Montana or next Hollywood star! This is very sad because our industry does not work like this. Our advice is that when you are looking for a casting or talent agency, you need to find out if they expect you to pay a fee up front. Casting agencies charge a booking or commission once the actor gets a job for their service to the actor so there is no need for them to make money like this.
Use your gut feeling - if it is too good to be true, it IS too good to be true!
